As an organization focused on graduate student well-being, we want to make sure we are there for our members in their time of need, and make sure we are doing everything in our power to make our departments as welcome and supportive as possible.

Please fill out this form if you:
-Have any suggestions for us as an organization
-Have experienced racial, sexual, gender, ability or any other form of harassment that you would like us to know about
-Have ideas of how we can do better to support our graduate students
-Have experienced an issue with a mentor or PI that you would like us to know about

This list is not exhaustive. Please use this form to inform us of any sensitive issues or feedback you would like to keep anonymous. Only the presidents of AM_WISE (Morgan Clark and Tayliz Rodriguez as of November 2020) will have access to your responses.
